Principles.

  1. Primary source only.

    Every note is written by a member who sat the interview. No aggregation, no second-hand decks, no anonymous forum scraping. If we cannot name the seat the note came from, we do not publish it.

    PROVENANCE

  2. Verified by interview.

    Membership is granted by an existing member through a recorded interview. It is not bought, gifted, or earned by application. The chain is the moat; the library is what the chain produces.

    MEMBERSHIP

  3. Names on the work.

    Every note carries a byline. Every byline carries a desk and the cycle the author sat. Anonymous publishing is reserved for cases where the seat itself would identify the author, and is flagged in the note header.

    AUTHORSHIP

  4. Dated, never undated.

    Drops are timestamped against the recruitment cycle they cover. A 2026 Goldman Sachs Summer Analyst note is not a generic guide; it documents that cycle, that desk, that round. Older notes are archived, not silently refreshed.

    PERIODICITY

  5. Accuracy before pace.

    A note ships when it is right. We hold for a second reader, a corroborating seat, or a hiring manager review when the call matters. Speed-to-publish is not a metric here.

    EDITORIAL

  6. Numbers earn the page.

    Headcount, deadlines, deal sizes, conversion rates, base salaries: cited or omitted. We do not pad notes with adjectives. If a claim cannot survive a junior asking "where does that number come from?" it is cut.

    VOICE

  7. Members write for members.

    The library is a closed loop by design. Public previews exist; the full notes do not leave the network. Authors write knowing the next reader will likely sit the same seat next cycle.
